Estou chocado com o que tá acontecendo no Rio no últimos dias.
Quer dizer, não tinha como ninguém prever isso.
Não é como se desse pra prevenir um inferno de tal magnitude.
E a polícia, coitada. Tudo gente inocente e decente correndo risco de vida na mão dos bandidos.
Não é como se tivesse um monte de gente da polícia levando muito por trás disso. De que maneira, não me pergunte. Mas que tem, tem.
Ou será que tudo isso tá acontecendo pois a polícia, dessa vez, deixou de levar algum?

The question is, why the hell this is only happening now?
Why didn't this happen 20 years ago before this whole situation became so out of control?
My Carioca friends tell me that Rio was in opposite political parties as the Federal Government, Presidency for the last 18 years, hence the chronic neglect of support to the city and state, look at both Airports, Galeao feels like you are landing in some poor African country and small downtown Airport that looks like a old bus station just recently had a semi decent decorative type renovation so people can walk into the airplanes inside glass tubes instead of walking on the tarmac or riding buses to the shuttles.
Now that Rio is in line with the Presidency, the gov has more power to do what's doing...again, according to my Carioca friends.
I am sorry , I still don't buy it, there must be another explanation or many other facts...
